I've downloaded UMS Client but couldn't really test its functionality 100 % because I don't have the necessary cameras. However, based on what I've seen while testing the application, is that UMS Client has settings to configure the recording path. Start the application then simply click the Setup button on the main interface to open the Settings screen.
In the first section you'll see the Save Path > Capture. Look in that path for saved videos. Identify the video, then use a video cutter to get the section you need.
Is there a version of UMS Client for Windows Phone 8.1 (something similar to iUMS for iPhone)?

No, there is no Windows Phone version of the UMS Client. I have searched everywhere including the Windows Phone website where all the apps are stored and available from. Unfortunately, you won't see the app on Windows Phone very soon since the official homepage is discontinued and the domain points to something else.
I need the UMS Client for a H.264 DVR with 4 channels. I'm using an Android device. Can you help?

Unfortunately, UMS Client has been developed to run only on Windows platforms and you can't use it on your device. I suggest you check Google Play Store database for an alternative solution. You can try tools like DVRplayer, iWatch DVR, Infinity DVR, or Mobile viewer - DVR.
